JAMAICAN WOMAN CREATING HISTORY IN THE US
LET'S MAKE HISTORY TOGETHER
THIS IS OF CAUSE.
As the world evolves, Jamaica has been highlighting those of disability and bringing forth awareness within the special-needs community. As a Jamaican woman owned brand, my aim is to educate and spread forth awareness globally in honor of my late daughter. But first,I am starting with local business for by supporting local business we all will grow more interest in becoming better advocates for the future of the special needs community.
Our future goal is to bring forth awareness to the black communities about placenta abruptions. Seldomly, we hear the black community talk about babies born with disability from such traumatic delivery. We often hear about M.S(Multiple Sclerosis) Autism, Chronic Illness, Physical Disabilities', Learning Disabilities, Memory Loss, Mental Illness, Speach and Language Disorders, Vision Loss and Blindness. These are the most common names that people often talk about daily. By sharing my personal experiences of before and after my placenta abruption (Placenta Previa) I intent to change the way how the black community views this type of miracle in disguised. (Especially Jamaicans)
